white old clunker- assisted community persecution

on my way home while walking nelson yest. maybe around 7-8-9th block old white clunker truck drove by speeding  maybe 7 times each time slowing down where I was walking and seeming yelling something incomprehensible possibly drunken but this seems repeat wed. hasslement by organized terrorizing. from about 10th block seemingly nice Chinese fellow walked me to 12th street but the ulterior motives were likely to assist those whom he likes better than myself who either bother me or have jobs which pay them for organized unwanted terrorizing activities from sw's to dets to police with ulterior scandalous motives - organized ter. acts to assist detriment to my life free of charge. from planted objects to object persecution insult service evil American persecution moves on with tearing my life killing me robbing me blind like never were - a highly innocent service. right up agst 9th block past the ranch there are 2 houses. the house nearest street was in on the harassment calling me bitch and insisting no nothing is happening and in front of 2nd house next to it on sunday there was one of the harrassers seating and offering something free, however I observed drug dealers here and in chico with free verbiage or other waste items. key- none of the items are either wanted helpful or would effect change. the itmes if ever of any use at all assist sickness an dependency and entrapment. none have any intentions of paying on what America robbed out of my life - $200 hundred gazillion dollars is sought for 40 yrs of amer. ter. acts to my life.
